1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and okayfun ("okayfun," "we," "us," "our"), operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://okayfun.vip and any related subdomains or mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the okayfun Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. • Single Account: You must not already hold an active or suspended okayfun account. Each individual is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) okayfun account at any time.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, email address, and Philippine mobile number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account termination.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your okayfun account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person, allow any other person to access your account, or use another player's account. 3.3 Verification

okayfun may at any time require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) procedures. This may include providing copies of a valid government-issued Philippine identification document (such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete verification within the timeframe specified may result in the suspension of your account and/or the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

3.4 One Account Policy

Each player is strictly limited to one (1) registered account on the okayfun Platform. If okayfun determines that a player has created or is operating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices — okayfun reserves the right to close all related accounts, void all associated bonuses and winnings derived from those accounts, and retain all deposits in accordance with applicable law.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Currency

All transactions on the okayfun Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). okayfun accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Deposits

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. GCash and Maya deposits are typically processed in real time. Bank transfer deposits are subject to the processing times of the respective Philippine bank. okayfun does not charge fees on deposits made by players; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges. okayfun is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment providers.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will be paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, except where this is technically impossible, in which case okayfun will contact you to arrange an alternative. okayfun targets a processing time of twenty-four (24) hours for withdrawal requests, though actual receipt of funds depends on the payment method and the processing times of the respective financial institution.

4.4 Deposit of Winnings

okayfun does not accept deposits of funds from third parties. All deposits must be made from a payment account or instrument held in your own name. If okayfun determines that a deposit has been made from a third-party account, okayfun reserves the right to void the deposit and any associated winnings, and to return funds to the origin account.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

okayfun may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, loyalty rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published on the relevant promotion page at the time the bonus is offered. The following general principles apply to all okayfun promotions:

• Bonuses are available only to players who meet the eligibility criteria specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonuses must be used within any validity period specified. Bonuses that are not used within the validity period will expire automatically.

• okayfun reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at its sole discretion with reasonable notice to affected players.

• Players may only claim each promotion once unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Bonuses are not transferable between accounts.

6. Gaming Rules & Conduct

By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules. 6.2 Fair Play

6.3 Malfunction Policy

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the okayfun Platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension and may result in the forfeiture of account balances and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud: Using stolen payment instruments, stolen identity documents, or any fraudulent means to deposit funds or withdraw winnings from okayfun.
• Money Laundering: Using the okayfun Platform in any manner that constitutes, facilitates, or assists in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime as defined under Philippine anti-money laundering laws.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including communicating hand information, chip dumping, or coordinated betting strategies intended to defraud okayfun or other players.
• Software Exploitation: Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, exploit software, or any unauthorized third-party software to interact with the okayfun Platform, gain an unfair advantage, or circumvent game mechanics.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts, using false identities, or otherwise manipulating the okayfun promotional system to claim bonuses beyond those to which a single player is entitled.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or e-wallet provider in respect of deposits made to okayfun. okayfun will contest all unjustified chargebacks and reserves the right to offset chargeback amounts against any player balance.
• Unauthorized Commercial Use: Reproducing, selling, publishing, or otherwise commercially exploiting any okayfun content, game data, or player information without prior written authorization from okayfun.

8. Intellectual Property

All such content is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions.

okayfun grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any okayfun content without the prior written consent of okayfun or the relevant rights holder.

9. Responsible Gaming

okayfun is committed to promoting responsible gaming among Filipino players. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity and recognize the signs of problem gambling. All responsible gaming tools are available to every okayfun account holder at no charge, accessible via the Account Settings section after okayfun Login.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period; reductions take effect immediately.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may set time alerts that notify them when a specified session duration has elapsed.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okayfun's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to okayfun in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

okayfun shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or reputational harm, whether or not okayfun has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

okayfun does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond okayfun's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Platform services. okayfun will make reasonable efforts to notify players in advance of planned maintenance periods.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

okayfun processes personal data provided by players in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an account and using the okayfun Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

okayfun may share your personal data with third-party payment processors (such as GCash and Maya), identity verification service providers, game platform providers, and regulatory authorities, where required for the operation of the Platform, compliance with legal obligations, or the prevention of fraud and financial crime.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

okayfun reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account, and to void or withhold any outstanding balance, in the following circumstances (without limitation):

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Participation in any prohibited activity as defined in Section 7;
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the specified timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime;
• Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age;
• Receipt of a valid regulatory or law enforcement direction requiring closure;
• Inactivity of more than twelve (12) consecutive months, subject to applicable inactive account fee provisions.

You may close your okayfun account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to account closure, okayfun will process any pending withdrawal of available cleared funds, subject to completion of any applicable verification requirements.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and okayfun, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team via live chat or at [email protected] to attempt to resolve the matter informally. Most disputes are resolved to the satisfaction of both parties through this process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. You agree that the courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or related to your use of the okayfun Platform.

14. Amendments to These Terms

okayfun reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, okayfun will provide reasonable notice to players via the email address registered to their account, a notification displayed on the Platform upon next login, or a notice published on the okayfun website at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the okayfun Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
